I just can’t believe I’m reading this. 30 years of neglect and he came back for an heir?? And don’t tell me she folded??? Really?? Like 30 years is just a small time for a human?? If I were her, I’d leave the mansion and go back to my family. This is just horrible. I read many demon x human pairings but this? Is just soo wrong in many levels
Ella do NOT thank this guy for giving you 2 months! That's 29 years and 10 months too short.
Like if thirty years is nothing to him two months is basically a weekend. Crazy. " Awe but he saved a bunch of people" Cute . Very cute. Man couldn't send a post it note ??? I better see (which I'm sure it'll be because of the princess) that he did send things she just didn't get them.
2 months. Man gave her 2 months. 30 years vs 2 months.
I can't believe I feel like wringing that demon's neck after just waking up.
Guy needs a serious whack upside the head. Cultural differences? Sure. But at least someone actually tried. He might as well have been a piece of furniture for all the good he's done for her. Wait. Furniture has its uses. I take that back. Throw the whole demon away.
From everything, we know that the husband knows what a human lifespan is. But he thought they'd have the same conception of time as him (30 years is nothing to him, so it shouldn't be anything to someone whose lifespan is probably barely twice that)? Is he stupid?
I've read plenty of these "the husband has been cold for X length of time, but as soon as FL wants a divorce she gets pursued" stories, and previously the most absurd one was I think 3 years of cold husband. 30 years is such an absolutely ridiculous length, I can see absolutely zero way in which a human being would ever figure their husband. I don't even care if they can understand a reason why the demon acted that way, neglect for 30 years would irreparably sour your opinion of them.
Do demon not learn a granny can't have babies? And if it can it will harm the granny
Guess the demon's haven't heard of menopause, because at 47 she might not even be able to give an heir anymore.
At chapter 3
I genuinely 100% hope the story does not lead to FL falling for her husband, even though I'm almost certain that's where the story is going. He knows FL has a minuscule lifespan compared to his, but can't wrap his head around why abandoning her for 30 years would be an issue for her. Even before that, he didn't consider that taking someone out of their own culture and dropping them in a place where they don't speak the language and everyone is racist against them would be a problem. He also claims he couldn't visit because he was just so busy at work...dude can teleport. He could have popped in literally any moment he wanted to. Hell, I don't understand why he didn't teleport home to at least sleep. Or did he go 30 years without bathing and sleeping?
Basically, the story takes a trope of "cold husband neglects FL, but its just a misunderstanding and he actually wants to be with her" to such a ridiculous extreme that the idea they could ever possibly reconcile is laughable. When they inevitably do it won't possibly be able to feel earned, because there just is no earning that.
