Man, I hate when the FL in these situations is always so understanding and kind towards the kid but completely morally outraged and indignant with the ML, even though the ML is under the same assumption as the kid, thinking the FL is still evil. Like, can you seriously blame them for hesitating to believe that the woman they’ve known as evil for years suddenly just changes her tune??
