Escaping My Charming Sister A Mind-Reading Lady's Path to Happiness
Otilie, a marquis's daughter with the ability to read minds, has been oppressed since childhood by her sister Iama, who possesses a "charm" ability. One day, Otilie attends a royal ball where most people find her power eerie. However, she hears the Crown Prince Varrick's inner thoughts: ["So you can read minds... that's really great."] For the first time, she meets someone who affirms her. Prince Varrick even appoints her as his aide. As Otilie gradually regains her confidence through her busy, fulfilling new role, Varrick begins to approach her not just as her boss but as a man in love. Meanwhile, jealous of their growing closeness, Iama begins to scheme in the shadows to drag her sister down.

The sister is literally a threat to national security, and rather clearly malicious. I'm really not sure why everyone is creeped out by mind reading, but totally love the idea of someone with mind control.
It's a bit frustrating that it took until the last page of this chapter to get a color picture of the ML. I was expecting something like yellow-and-blue eyes, but it's actually green-and-purple.
Seems he was charmed that shows how little he actually cared for ottilie because she never fell under the charm so mental fortitude definitely plays a part
God what is dudes deal, like he's the one who decided to procreate at least respect your daughter
