The husband is like a spoiled brat who refused to grow up. Trapped in his enclosed view and beliefs. Granted he has someone he love, he could either stopped the wedding himself or he could have divorced the FL. I think the royalties are impartial towards him, but frankly, all he is was someone gifted in using with sword that's all.
