A Little Sister Knows My Sister Knows 妹は知っている 妹妹是知道的 Imoto Wa Shitteiru

In his office, Yuichiro Miki is thought to be the silent, boring salaryman — his expression blank, his presence unnoticed even at drinking-parties. But his sister, Aki, knows the truth: her older brother is quietly the funniest person in the world. From writing clever letters to small acts hidden behind his calm exterior, he holds a secret brilliance. A sibling comedy of appreciation and discovery begins: the younger sister sees the brother everyone else overlooks, and the brother’s hidden life begins to ripple outward.

Surprisingly heartwarming sibling relationship, no incest. Many JP jokes which I assume don't translate very well. But compared to other series on this site, this translation is not bad.

Read until 24. It's great! I totally recommend this one, try reading the first 6-7 episodes, it’s so cute and healing!

Well that joke didn't translate to English at all, which isn't surprising but I worry what that means for reading the story.
