He Said He'd Never Love Me, So I Said the Same
Iris enters an arranged marriage with a duke known throughout the kingdom as the emotionless "Ice Prince."On their wedding night, he bluntly declares that he will never love her. Instead of pleading for affection, Iris simply responds that she feels the same and decides to live peacefully without expecting romance. Her calm independence gradually captures the duke's attention. As he witnesses her kindness, intelligence, and unwavering support, the walls around his heart begin to crumble. What starts as a cold political marriage slowly transforms into a deeply affectionate relationship, with the once-distant duke becoming completely devoted to the wife he never intended to love. The series is a slow-burn fantasy romance centered on healing, mutual respect, and a happily married life.

i love how oblivious our female lead is. there's something so refreshing with such a character, who's simply ignorant about emotions because, considering her family environment, she's never experienced them!
On the other hand the ML is still trash for saying what he did and then expecting her to love him. This story is textbook "dish it out but can't take it" his ego got hurt.
So there's an unusual amount of mental illness in the marriageable ladies of this kingdom?
Its so ass lmao, terrible writing. BTS fans are crazy and even they dont act like this, "phantom pregnancy" bullshit
you've seen this trope a hundred times before, and you'll likely see this trope a hudred times again in the future.
it's cute i suppose, like yawwnn obviously you know where this is going because you're reading the Trope Manga for the Trope.
feelings are confirmed as of ch 4 so i'm glad they didn't drag that out, but they're both so taciturn so i imagine there'd be a road wrought with misunderstandings ahead but who knows. the end of ch 5 is alluding to some drama so i guess look forward to that.
