A young girl named Kikka loses her memory and is wandering alone when she is rescued by Princess Gina of the great nation of Alexandrite. As Kikka grows up under Gina’s care, she becomes an exceptionally powerful knight — devoting her formidable strength solely to protecting Gina. However, complications arise when a suitor steps forward to propose marriage to Princess Gina. Very interesting. This story is a nice homage to old school shoujo like Rose of Versailles. Very well written and likeable characters, both the main and secondary couples
