A beautifully illustrated collection of heartwarming, Cinderella-inspired tales set in a uniquely Japanese world. Each of the five stories follows a heroine born into hardship—neglect, betrayal, or confinement—who finds happiness and love through an unexpected marriage. Featuring everything from gentle dragon gods to mysterious ayakashi, this anthology proves that even the most fragile souls can bloom when touched by kindness.

Take it as me being delusional but I fully believe the other girl wanted her to be fired because she knew her mother's anger was misplaced
I believe so. The mother honestly, I feel so bad for her, like, imagine your husband ran away with another woman. Her angel lowkey is justified but not on the girl. They should find the husband and beat him
Chapter five isn’t at all heartwarming it’s deeply nonconsensual and disturbing.
She's basically Aruka Zoldik except her possessions only gives predictions
I kind of want the follow up of this one
