The first act was really good but I'll drop it. I don't mind a new act but if it disregards any point from the first there's no point and you'll ruin the series. •First her ex it seemed like he was remorseful then immediately blamed her for not talking to her sister so much for learning her lesson • second the new character crown princess from her mother's homeland seems to be aware of fairies yet it's already been stated their existence is what generates miracles not the wielder which apparently she didn't know about or did she take responsibility as a royal and as a noble for her corruption no no no it's the FL fault it's always her fault because all the villains in this series are toddlers and refuses to take responsibility
It's a romance would've been better to focus on the main couple more even give her biological dad more screen time instead of another 5 yo villain who can't acknowledge her own part in the current circumstance
The ex-prince's redemption was immediately shattered when he blamed the victim for being victimized and not wanting to visit and support their abuser. And he thinks that's an apology? Absolutely fuck that guy.
And obviously this Empire is toxic shit, and has kidnapped the fairies.

I know they play it as a blessing that they get to be in each other's presence at all, but its honestly just so tragic they legally aren't allowed to have a father-daughter relationship.
That was a real suprise for me, because the general storyline is most of the time a desperate tantrum like "I am not wrong, it's all her fault, I make her pay!" before doing something stupid and getting punished.

I feel like it was a bad idea to give away the true name of the final fairy.
So to be clear, Charlotte was jealous of FL, because the guy she had a crush on (FL's dad) always cared so much for stories about FL that Charlotte thought it might be romantic love.
