Okay i guess a count is not directly below the duke but 2 levels lower is not bad?? I’ve read countless stories of marriages between a count’s family and a ducal family and neither side makes any fuss about it. What gives 😒

yo at this point she should just choose Joseph and her friend can be with Rolan. They make first crush/love seem so important but truth is the people who’s been there supporting you all along is what truly matters. Joseph and Estelle have very natural loving chemistry. Same with Rolan and her friend. If she lets go of her feelings for Rolan like she said she would, she’ll easily grow to genuinely love Joseph once she notices everything he’s done for her. But really, Rolan is a piece of sht for violating her and disrespecting her multiple times. None of his actions make sense for someone who supposedly loves her. And his mother is just a stupid villain for story sake. What’s lowly about being a count’s daughter?? Isn’t that right below the duke in terms of royal hierarchy?? And Estelle was so confident as a child why did she grow up so spineless weak and has zero confidence? Doesn’t make sense. All she does is cry!
