Darn. This is actually good. It's not some ML obsessively loved her so I fake the marriage, she actually has to work for the money. People around them feel like real characters - not just made for the main leads' romance. And reasoning for getting her makes sense, even if there is chance that he had an actual crush on her. You need someone hard-worker that can adapt and survive, while throwing others off their game. If she was that type of persona since around 10 years old, she wont change much and as nurse - she had to deal with difficult people.
I like stories that are clever and don't just rely on the brainless love-disease.
