I thought, because of the art style, this would be way more fluffy and silly, but it's not.
Yes, FL has born into being the leader, but that doesn't mean that she hasn't done any work for it - as well as she could. She isn't some totally useless weakling, but also not OP because of skills she was born with... FL feels like an actual 17 years old that had to be ready for things too early, but still hasn't lived long enough to have much of any real practical experiences.
Everything is surprisingly normal and down to earth, especially for fantasy shoujo world, and it's not in a bad way.
