Why is it that people see someone who is clearly starved, covered in wounds, and clearly hasn't bathed in some time, and there thought isn't "Oh, she's clearly been abused" but instead "How rude and arrogant!"?
Also, why did ML choose someone with an awful reputation for not behaving like a noble to be his fake-wife who he wants to act like a respectable noble to keep up appearances?
