Soooo is he going to actually try to find out who spilled the cookies (she obviously lied about tripping) or what?
It honestly feels like he doesn't take her being bullied seriously, as he keeps on leaving her to be bullied, and never does more than make public proclamations of his displeasure with no follow up or investigation into wrong doers. It just feels... performative.
