I Was Supposed to Be a Villainess, But I Ended Up Getting a Doting Happy Ending!?

I like anthologies but the first three chapters are kinda weak. Chapter 1 has a very cringy FL and doesn't even seem to want to be part of romance she gets pressured into. Chapter 2 is the best of the three, but it feels like it ended a bit too soon, still I really enjoyed the premise. Chapter 3 was very shallow at every step and again had FL not really interested in the romance being set up (which in this case only even starts at the end).

Overall it feels like the chapters are just too short to actually explore the stories being written, which exacerbates the issues that Anthologies already tend to have. The end result is that a story is either incredibly shallow, or feels like its cut off at the half-way point.

I liked this one, though its a bit sad it feels like it ends before a conclusion, but we all know how it ends. I'm kind of confused about the people coming to attack her in the night. Did that happen and get stopped in the OG story?

heck yeah another anthology

Very meh. Why is she wearing a backless cocktail dress when no one else is dressed even remotely similarly? She just looks completely out of place.

Of the anthologies posted on art Lapsa, this one is probably the weakest but I still enjoyed it but it felt kind of lacking compared to the other villainess and doting ones

I'm probably only one here that hate all of these anthologies.

There is never a story that actually fit to the one chapter, either it's a shiet story begging with or story that should have had at least one volume, not just one chapter. So it's always disappointing trying to read these. And I still try every time thinking that my ADHD would like quick stories. X_X

Maybe I some day figure out why people like these?

I don't think this was the strongest start. FL is cringe and she ends up pressured into a marriage she doesn't seem entirely on board for. Not the most satisfying story.

Short & sweet

I think it was quite silly and fun for a one off, not super developed but entertaining

Chapter 2 was told well, Chapter 3 went exactly where I wanted it to go and no further (god I love that kind of heroine) and Chapter 5 needed some polishing but was good. I liked Chapter 6's resolution, but the lead-up was meh, and the ending was awkward. The rest were...okay, at best.
