1 & 2 make no sense, why was everyone accusing the count of cheating and being MC's father when he has a brother, MC's actual father that fucks anything that moves??? Was the degradement of a 4 year old really necessary then? Was the trust of the countess so little?

And MC's just abandoning the adoptive mother that raised and loved her and never seeing her again? WTF?!

I got to chapter 9 I can't even with this story.

The characters frequently do not feel like real people with real thought processes.

With magic it is discovered that FL is a bastard of a noble household that includes one married man, one unmarried man known to have multiple girlfriends, and one unmarried man who went on a secret tour of the territory during the same time period FL's mom got pregnant...but everyone including his wife instantly assume the married man had an affair with a commoner.

Someone kidnaps, is violent with, and threatens to murder FL, but they supposedly had good if completely nonsensical intentions. Everyone instantly treats it as if it were a minor embarrassing snafu, like they'd just spilled wine on FL. Then the story instantly moves on.

A lady bursts into the wedding after FL and ML are already officially married, and then starts screaming about how she should be MLs wife because she wants to be, and she'll definitely become his mistress. Her father scolds her for not trying hard enough to stop the marriage.

Immediately after the wedding FL and ML decide to live apart for the next several years because FL wants to keep living with her parents and ML is a foreign Crown Prince.

So the uncle's coup was literally just him running around the palace with a sword? And ML says he killed his brother with his own hands... because his uncle murdered his brother when he was a child?

Also, that wagon would have had to back up to FL to get in that position.

Wait, they're getting married only to live apart for several years? So...why did they get married?

Damn, Countess showed up to a house and just started throwing hands. Terrible thing to do, given the mother of her husband's bastard would probably be a victim and not a mistress, but I like her spunk.
