Angelica, a noble lady, loses all her property when the ship her father was on is lost at sea. Prince Raymond offers her a place to live in his palace—but on one condition: she must become his nightly companion. While she wishes for this arrangement to end quickly, his whispers in her ear, "I want to utterly ruin you," cause her body to crave sweet, numbing pleasure.

yeah, i'm not into manipulative guys who trap a girl they're interested in with their one-sided feelings. so not worth it. the prince is a creep
I read all 8 published chapters to find out how far he had set his trap -- like, what if the dad was alive and well and everything had been a lie? So far, looks like the dad is genuinely missing. The Prince is deliberately isolating her and making her dependent on him, which is, well, that's a turnoff. So, read it if you like yanderes, skip it if you don't.
