The guy seems to have friends and a social life outside of the dungeon, doesn't seem so lonely to me.
Even with this sad flashback it's doesn't gives him rights to behave like b*tch with people. His reputation must be pretty bad as team leader .
Koto-san is a male. You've got Milly in here (pg 25) referring to Koto-san as a "she" twice in the same panel.
Names changed again this chapter. Milly - not Mili. I don't actually know what the waitress or guild rep's names are supposed to be, as they change nearly every chapter. Consider being consistent. Even having the name wrong is fine if it is the same every chapter.
This arc sure makes it feel like contracts are literally the only laws that exist, because these asshole brothers keep on attacking people while officials are watching, and nothing happens.
I'm also curious what the contract actually requires thief girl to do. What happens if she just refuses to do a good job, and becomes a burden to the party such that they don't want her around any more?
So why can her party members manhandle her in the middle of town, and demand she serve them drinks? Is that part of the contract? Is physical assault not a crime?
Is Shir a slave or something?

The concern over Milly going in solo is proof that she doesn't deserve to get ranked up. Even with her Critical Strike, it's not reliable, she has terrible accuracy, poor judgement, and no real defensive ability. She's the equivalent of an untrained child with a handgun.
I feel like they've lost the plot with the whole "lets Rank up Milly" thing. We know the dungeon is dangerous, and that they try to restrict access by rank as a safety measure in response to such horrible tragedies as the one MC lived through. Milly is not a competent adventurer yet. She has potential, but so far is still just learning how to exist in the dungeon at all, and would 100% die on the first level if she didn't have someone like MC to look after her. But now they want to get her a Rank she doesn't deserve in order to go deeper into the dungeon where she doesn't belong and would very possibly get killed?
TL;DR: Milly shouldn't go deeper into the dungeon until she's at least competent at the 1st floor, and its weird that MC is trying to get around fool the safety measures to do so, especially given his backstory.

I don't like seeing the romance tag given our leads seem to be a man the adventurer's consider "old" and a small child.
