The given description is for a different series. This is a mistaken-summoning isekai story. No vengeful princess FLs to speak of so far.  ;)

Interesting how the isekai world works differently than the regular human world in a new way I haven't seen before. It seems the concept of allergies don't exist there, not that they haven't discovered them or they don't have a name for it, it literally just does not exist. And (presumably) because of that, or because the FL is the Saint, she isn't sick anymore because she was allergic to basically everything.
