Read up to chapter 3. This story jumps more than the Easter Bunny, I feel like there's a chapter between 1 and 2 that's missing but given how fast it jumps around in chapter 2 and 3 then maybe that was the intention? Like we just get the very last tail end of a kidnapping plot that might've been there in the original light novel but was chopped and shoved into a few panels for the manga adaptation.
And when it's not jumping around with years and years going by, it's jumping to brand new characters. Like chapter 2 introduces 2 new characters and sets up the second prince to be a rival to the ML and it's really fast. Heck, I don't even know what's going through the second prince's head, like he knows the ML is a half demon but does he know they're related? He doesn't mention it so I assume not but they look so similar that it's hard not to tell that they're related. Overall, not a fan of this one.
It's very fast paced, but I like it so far.
