Amelia is a plain attendant who admires the Marquis' daughter, Sophie. One day, Sophie's engagement to the crown prince is endangered by a tryst with another woman. In a desperate attempt to prevent the trouble from consuming Sophie (and turning her into a villainess), Amelia devises a plan. She will give Sophie love lessons to help her get close to the second prince. As she works to support Sophie from the shadows, she catches the attention of Sophie's tsundere younger brother, Rufus. However, the prince who was once close to Sophie becomes suspicious of her change, and he threatens Amelia to stay away.

As of chapter 10, this is just cute. No cheat skills, no isekai omniscience, no soap opera-level drama, just teenagers actually acting like teenagers, with a splash of nobility fantasy setting.
thanks for the warning, no cheat skills? no power? no fief building? no inventing? GARBAGE!
I hate the crown prince
Up to chapter 15.
Its a fun, cute story, and I like the burgeoning romance between FL and ML. What I don't like is how the situation with the OGvillainess (FL's best friend) is unfolding. Its basically setting her up to end up with one of two love interests, and they both absolutely suck; her cheating fiance or a manipulative guy whose first plan was to make her miserable in order to drive her into his arms (and for some reason FL and ML are hiding manipulative guys' shittiness from her).
"Miss Sophie's feelings deserve to be respected..."
But she doesn't deserve to know the letter is from a guy trying to seduce her? She doesn't deserve to know that guy has been trying to encourage her fiance to cheat on her?
The story is just okay. Looking forward to more Amelia × Sophie bro moments but also for Sophie's happiness and the prince'a downfall. I hope there will be a scene showing that. The prince is selfish af and doesnt respect Sophie. He says he felt guilty but it's only because he was late to realize that he deliberately chose to not see his fiance properly. I get it that he felt pressured but he forgot to consider that he is not the only one feeling this way. He ran away alone and instead of opening up to his fiance he still chose to open up to someone else. People like that should be hanged.
So both princess just really suck, and Sophie deserves a 3rd option that's actually not a scheming backstabber.
Rating 4/5
A cute little story about noble teens in love while attending school. Everyone has nice character arcs and the stakes are relatively low so there's nothing getting in the way of the main story. The FML may be timid but helping the girl she admires requires her to grow as a person. The only real criticism I have is that the last chapter rushes an ending. I would've liked to see an epilogue of some kind or another chapter after everything was settled. But the series overall doesn't drag things out.
It's the same chapter that 18.5 !
Great story. I loved the character developments and that the arrogant bullies got their just desserts.
I continue to hate and am confused by FL and Sophie's brother not only staying silent about the 2nd prince's shitty manipulations, but actively helping push Sophie towards him, despite knowing he's a manipulative little psychopath that is perfectly happy if Sophie is miserable so long as she falls into his arms. They are honestly a bad friend and brother for this.
Please tell me that Sophie knows the 2nd prince is trying to sabotage her relationship in order to prey on her when she's single. Her brother knows, so he should tell her. Kind of feels like it would damper the 2nd prince's plan if Sophie just straight up blamed him for anything that goes wrong in her relationship.
