It's unpleasant because every single situation and touch is forced on her, at least for the first 3 chapters I've read
I bought ch4 so you dont have too. Yes he does SA her, later on when she wakes he gives her a dress to walk in outside together. but also calls her a prisoner, im sure down the line ml and tell us why but this start is rough. fl dumb as well but who maybe shes free from stupid brother

This reads like those old "bosom heavers" of the 90s, where the fantasy being sold was- sex for pleasure without the guilt that comes from a purity culture.
