It's cute and surprisingly mature, but still makes me think that I'm getting too old to read high-school shoujo manga stuff.
I can't fault decent story about me getting old. It's not bad, and even better intro to the modern shoujo romance genre what most shoujos use to be.
There has been some similar stories as this, but I think this one is way more realistic: The sickly guy didn't grow up to be some muscular basketball player.
