Chapter 01
So the language of the curse doesn't say anything about marriage, and they never stated the guy actually married the flower seller. Funny that the solution is to just have unhappy marriages, the same thing that the lady who cast the curse suffered from, but without falling for another woman. Basically if the head of the house is gay or just hates women, that generation is good.

It seems like this is a curse with like 3-5 work arounds. Maybe it's a translation issue but it sounds like the curse only lasts 3 generations, so it has an expiration date. Also it's tied to a physical object in the house so destroying it and rebuilding it should work, but also in a world where curses are possible it's hard to imagine that they can't find someone capable of using magic who can track it down, especially if they had like 50-60 years to prepare.
Also like the comment above says, a marriage without love works out and nobody dies. As for a final note, I'm not feeling too sympathetic for the lady who cursed them. Like yeah, sucks that she got cheated on, take it out on the fiancé, maybe MAYBE take it out on his affair partner. Both make sense. But taking it out on people who weren't even born when that guy cheated? I don't like generational curses because the guy or girl you hate isn't going to see their great great great great grandchild suffer from their actions. It's just impractical and makes me lose any and all sympathy for the caster.

Chapter 02
Right, the curse is bound to an object in the house...so move out, burn the place down, and drag the ruined remains away? The whole "we can't move because books" thing is stupid. You can move books.
Glad to see FL empathizing with a woman who was betrayed, and interesting that she might still be lingering. I'm guessing the mysterious music will be connected, and FL will end up able to break the curse.

Chapter 01
Well, now I know where the curse object is. Wonder how long it’ll take for them to find it?
