The synopsis and tags are just straight up wrong. Its not a gender bender as the MC did not get put into the body of a girl. The MC got put into the body of a Shota that looks very effeminate so people mistake MC for a girl; implied to be because that's the goddess' preference (and presumably the author's as well).
